To the Meade of Avalon. A community nestled among the rolling hills of Williamson County.

The Meade of Avalon is a 133 acre neo-traditional master planned community located in historic Franklin, TN, just south of the Brentwood line. Our neighborhood offers the feeling of a quiet location removed from the fast pace of urban living, yet we are positioned in the middle of all the conveniences of Cool Springs and with easy access to I-65. Established in 2005, we are a community of 183 single family homes and 73 town homes designed to provide a small town atmosphere with a strong neighborhood environment.

Our homes are instilled with character and artisan-like craftsmanship. We are a gated community infused with old-world charm and rustic elegance, offering scenic views of gentle rolling hills, tree-lined boulevards that lead to a park with clock tower and benches, and sidewalks that encourage neighborly get-togethers.
